What is the Open Records Act?
The Texas Open Records Act provides that information in the possession of a governmental body is generally available to the public. Everyone has the fundamental right to know what his or her elected representatives and governmental bodies are doing.
How to File a Request:
A request for Public Information can be submitted to the Paris-Lamar County Health District in several ways. The request must include name, address, daytime telephone number of the requester, and the documents or items requested.
