Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STD) Clinic

The STD clinic offers testing, diagnosis, and treatment of most sexually transmitted diseases. A STD nurse is available in the clinic Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Those infections that require ongoing medical care will need management by a primary care provider. Referrals are provided. Patients can be reassured that all medical records and conversations with STD clinic staff are confidential.

All persons seen in the STD clinic must have minimal testing performed and will be charged $25/visit. Payment is required at time of visit.

Routine testing offered: Syphilis, HIV, Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, and Counseling
Cost: Included in $25/visit

Additional testing: Herpes

The Health Department’s lab cost is $100 for an out break.  If there is no out break the Health Department’s lab cost is $300 since additional blood testing is required.

This clinic is by appointment only. Clients requesting an appointment need to call the morning of the day to be seen and make the appointment.
